Lower Camden County Dog Training Club, Inc.


The Lower Camden County Dog Training Club is a non-profit club founded in 1947.  The dog training club and its members are dedicated to:  


  1. Promoting obedience training of dogs of all breeds
  2. Promoting the general welfare of dogs
  3. Holding obedience trials/matches and agility trials/matches under the American Kennel Club rules and regulations
  4. Performing therapeutic work through visits to nursing homes, senior citizen centers, rehabilitation centers, etc.
  5. Conducting educational programs on dogs and dog training at schools, clubs, shopping malls, and other organizations.

Important Dates

- Next club meeting - Meetings are every 1st Wed of the month (except July and August) unless otherwise noted. (no evening classes on meeting dates)


We usually hold a dog match show on the First Saturday of each month.  See Show 'N Go page for details.
Attending and helping with the matches is a good way to prepare for the trials.
We pay our helpers with free runs at a future match.


Lower Camden will hold TWO
 SPRING TRIAL Weekends in 2016
The March trial is scheduled for the 25, 26 and 27.  It will open on January 6 and close on March 8. Click on "Obedience Trial" at left to view premium list and entry form.

We  have a two day trial scheduled for 
April 29 and 30.  This trial will open on February 10.
Both trials will be held in our training building.

Come to our club building to find out about the new obedience rules effective 12/1/15.

Carl Fabian Memorial Trophy

The Carl Fabian trophy has been graciously  rededicated to our club by Anne Paul and Dune.

In honor of Carl Fabian's years of service and dedication to the sport of dog obedience, a memorial challenge trophy will be available at all future Lower Camden County Dog Training Club Obedience Trials.  The winner of HIT (High in Trial) for each year will be engraved on the trophy.  The trophy will be awarded to the person winning HIT three times.    For more information please contact LCCDTC_NJ@yahoo.com
